I have a question, last year I had to stop working out because of congestive heart failure I was taking gear at the time I was like 335-350lbs can't remember exact weight now I'm 270lbs no gear at all I started back working out about two months ago after a shoulder workout one day I started to fill bad chest pain shortness of breathe I went to the emergency room three days later (dumb ass) when I got there my heart enzymes were elavated no heart attack. I had suffered some heart damage my c/k levels were 2300 I hate to give it up working out is part of me now I'm 32 years old I've been working out since I was 14, it is a tough choice being so young and I do have a 5 year old little girl. People that don't workout don't understand how tough of a decesion this is in the end I know what I have to do. I do have a family history of heart disease and hypertension on both sides of my parents family I guess no matter how hard someone tries it's hard trying to overcome heredity(spelling) flaws. My question what would you guys do to stay in shape since I can't workout now. Thanks for listening bro's
