Recently my right wrist has been really hurting me. I used to do E-Z bar curls without wrist support, I think that caused the problem. It is a pain shooting up the length of my forearm, from wrist to elbow. What should I do to help alleviate the pain, take days off, advil, what??? I bought a wrist support, and I have already trained with the pain and it has only gotten worse. Please give me some advice....
