Recently my right wrist has been really hurting me. I used to do E-Z bar curls without wrist support, I think that caused the problem. It is a pain shooting up the length of my forearm, from wrist to elbow. What should I do to help alleviate the pain, take days off, advil, what??? I bought a wrist support, and I have already trained with the pain and it has only gotten worse. Please give me some advice....
 
thata seems like tendonidits. you have to use heat and cold, stay off it for a while and use machines for curls
 
I had the same thing...you've got tennis elbow, tendonitis. rest it for a while, but if that doesn't work...and it did'nt for me, then go to your doc and get a cotizone injection, warn you though, take some pain killers before, freakin sore shot that.
