Help! Wondering where to go from here

I am 5"10" and weigh 150 lbs. I am lifting heavily and not doing much cardio. I am wondering how I can keep the muscle and lose weight... down to 140 would be my preference. I know, it is the eternal question. But, I have been on a rotation diet of 600-900-1200 then repeated and lost 20 lbs. I kept on training and did not lose muscle, but it was hard to eat that little.

Would it be okay to lose weight with thermogenics and not change much else? What happens when you go off of hydroxycut and other such things.

5'10 150 is not big at all....who cares how much you weigh?? It is HOW you LOOK! When you walk across a room or meet someone and they see you...they do not ask how much you weigh?? Weight means nothing...its your body fat%....how you look....get away from the numbers...only discourage you. Took me forever to get this in my thick head...now I rarely ever weigh myself...dont care...focus on putting lean muscle on and eating clean...and go from there. Throw your scale away.
 
:light: Thanks for the reply! All I ever hear about is that chicks my height weigh alot less than 150 lbs. But, I bet they can't bench or squat 160, run a 7 minute mile and enjoy life as well... thanks! I will check out my BF% when I get to the gym next.
 
New@... my fiance tells me the same thing all the time... who cares how much you weigh, or whatever. The mirror is more accurate than the scale. All scales do is confuse, mislead, and frustrate. It takes a while to get used to it I guess. I'm working on it myself... I've been training hard, eating properly, and doing everything possible to make my muscles grow.. before, when I would weigh myself and see the scale go up, i'd panic.. NOW I celebrate ;)
 
5'10" 150? That's nothing! You're a wisp of a woman! What are your lifts like?


What was this rotation diet you're talking about?
