I am 5"10" and weigh 150 lbs. I am lifting heavily and not doing much cardio. I am wondering how I can keep the muscle and lose weight... down to 140 would be my preference. I know, it is the eternal question. But, I have been on a rotation diet of 600-900-1200 then repeated and lost 20 lbs. I kept on training and did not lose muscle, but it was hard to eat that little.
Would it be okay to lose weight with thermogenics and not change much else? What happens when you go off of hydroxycut and other such things.

Thanks for the reply! All I ever hear about is that chicks my height weigh alot less than 150 lbs. But, I bet they can't bench or squat 160, run a 7 minute mile and enjoy life as well... thanks! I will check out my BF% when I get to the gym next.
