I'm trying to plan a winter cycle. This will be my third cycle and I would like to lose some bodyfat (but not so much that it became a cutting cycle, I'll do that that this summer) and gain some good mass and strength. My size is 6'0 230lbs at 11% BF. I need some good suggestions on which way to go but the catch is my funds are limited so it must be an economical cycle. What do you think?
