Recently I have halted my weight training to lose unwanted fat. I have started to count calories and I've been taking in about 1500-1700 calories a day if not less. But I haven't been going to the gym or been active since I started dieting because I lacked the energy to do so.
What should I do? I know I need so exercise along with dieting, but I'm just too tired for it.
