Help with weight loss.

Recently I have halted my weight training to lose unwanted fat. I have started to count calories and I've been taking in about 1500-1700 calories a day if not less. But I haven't been going to the gym or been active since I started dieting because I lacked the energy to do so.

What should I do? I know I need so exercise along with dieting, but I'm just too tired for it.
 
Age? Sex? Weight? Height? Experience? Body Fat? Medical Conditions?

Weight training is essential while dieting bro! You're crashing your metabolism and losing lbm. Up the cals and keep training.

And drop the word "weight" and think "fat" loss.
 
You're lacking the energy because you've cut too many calories. Your body is trying to tell you something - listen to it.
