help with split (not the usual) am/pm

Hello,

ok well i just took a week off and am ready to hit the gym again but i also need to design a new split because my schedule has changed ..again..

ok NEED to workout tue/thurs/ 730am

i THINK i need 2 more workouts a week to get the most growth.. i might go to one extra if it makes more sense.

i will be on test only eating plenty sleeping tons no alcohol supplimental meds on hand all that.. i just want to make the most out of my split

i was thinking..and have used in the past

mon/thurs AM PUSH day: chest/tri/shoulder/squat

tues/fri AM PULL day: deads/rows/shrugs/bis

low # of sets per muscle group (2-3) and focusing on INTENSITY

i was also interested in any ideas you guys have on splittin up am/pm workouts.. but again i need to be in the gym tues/thurs AM but can workout any other time

any 4 day programs out there you guys reallly like cause it looks like that is what i am going to go with or maybe a mon/tues/thurs program
