hi I need change my routine because I'm not motivated, I think I start be bored of my workout, now I'm doing
Mo- back+bic
Wen- should+tri
frid- leg+ chest
4 days cardio...I'm trying lose weight!! I do 12-15rep, I do this routine almost 2 month, before I did
Mo- chest
Tue- back
we- legs
thur- shoul
frid- bic+tri
cardio I did almost every day, I did 8-10rep. 3-4 exercise per body part
Please any advice, some good routine for weight loss??
