Help With Pseudo Gyno Reduction

I have been to my regular Doc and I have also seen 2 Endo Docs who all tell me that I have pseudo Gynaecomastia.

They tell me that it is because of Fat that is deposited in my chest. All of my bloodwork came back normal and it's not estrogen or progesterone related.

It's not that bad but what I am trying to find out is if anyone has had success with any treatments for this. The only thing the Docs tell me is that I have to work on it.

Would Letro Help?

Im gonna try a masteron, nolvadex, epistane, letro, arimidex combo to blast my lil lump lmao but seriously considering it...

Thats what i would think. Diet and exercise if its fat. see what happens.
you dont have lumps though?

No lumps at all.

I only had very sensitive nipples a few years ago when I was running 1000mg of test a week but never had real gyno symptoms.

I have been doing a lot of research and from what I read the best treatment is diet and exercise.
