help with primobolan cycle

hello everyone i am new to this forum, i have done three cycles in my life, they were

1. test e 250mg for 8 weeks
2. test e 250 mg for 12 weeks + deca 200 for 10 weeks
3. dbol 10mg ed for 4 weeks+ susta 500mg for 12 weeks + deca 400mg for 10 weeks

the most i gained was from 3rd cycle, around 26 pounds.

now i am getting my hands on primo, i can afford ( 200mg per week for 12 weeks ) not more than that+ 15mg dbol for 4 weeks as a kickstart, i can add sust/deca/test in this cycle as well, but i am not sure what dosage should do great.I am planing to add clen as well for the performance and for low bf & i wonder if that would help me with the bloat.

current stats:
age 22
160lbs ,target 180lbs full ripped
15% bf

my diet is perfect 8-12 white eggs each day, i want to solidify my gains and more ripped look.

Edit : * the idea of this post was to ask you people that i have researched a lot that 200mg is way too low dose for primo, so what if i stack it up with sust & deca? coz i cant buy more than that primo, or should i wait 2 more months?
 
I'm a muslim, so i have to keep a fast ( stay hungry for dawn to dusk) for a complete month..hope you get my point.no diet at all, this month will be ending in like 6 days.
 
Stevemsi, yes im thinking for the same thing now, wait for next two months and Moya, you're right i shall probably invest in some more primo otherwise ill increase the test dose to 500-600ew

im going to do my first blast with primo starting in about a week or two...
im going to try ace at close to 700wk... from what ive heard from all over, anyting less than 400 would be a total waste, more being ideal... keep in mind its much more mild than test or deca mg/mg... so if you are used to running them at or above 200, i would not expect to feel or see a damn thing at all from that dose of primo...

i only run a couple really big cycles a year, they are expensive to done right, but not worth doing if not done correctly, get it?... good luck gaining back the lost mass... you should be able to gain it back fairly quick natty... probly in the same time you lost it you can have it back if you were at that weight for a while you should have good muscle memory...
 
agree with the advice above... 200 mg of primo is a complete waste... also, just because you eat 8-10 egg whites a day does not make your diet even close to perfect... that is kind of a ridiculous statement you made... at 15% body fat your diet is very far from perfect bro... you need to hold off until you can get the right amount of primo... and it sounds like you need to work on your diet...
 
if that is you in that avatar and that is a recent pic you aren't 15%.. you are thin and definately need to put on more mass.

you are probably closer to 10% give or take. so you have room to bulk ... you ran 3 easy bulking cycles and you still are 160 so i echo what dylan said you need to hit the weight room harder and eat more. at your age and your metabolism i am gonna tell you to definately eat 500+ calorie surplus a day. and lay down on the cardio until you get some mass on your frame if you are serious.

in the morning add some pancakes/waffles to your existing breakfast.. that will give you some heavy cals right off the bat. and check out the bulker in my signature .. eat big if you want to get big.

now if you want to stay thin and go for that 6 pack beach body look then that is a different story, but from what you are saying thats not what you want nor would steroids be necessary to achieve that type of look.

and yes i agree with moya and dylan that primo should be run at 500 a week if that is what you want to go with and you should stack it with test to give it a kick
