Yes everything including workout regime and diet.
weight 205
Height: 5'9
Diet: around 250-300 grams of protein a day, 150-200 of carbs and fat it depends it changes day to day no more than 100 on very bad days.
Work out: monday: Chesttriceps
tuesday: back biceps
Wednesday: Legs shoulders
Thursday: rest
Friday: Chest triceps
Saturday: Biceps back
Sunday Legs
How old are you? If you're under 21 I wouldn't even do a cycle. For a cycle that short I'd say get some Sustain Alpha and Unleashed for natty supps, Nolvadex, and maybe Aromasin. It may be overkill but you could also get some hcg to run pct. You may even consider running Sustain Alpha from the very beginning of the cycle. If you are prone to gyno then you also may want to run some aromasin of arimidex during cycle.
Also, imo the Dbol should be fine for you to run your first cycle...I did. I'd bump the test up to 8 weeks though.

that cycle is good. plenty mild enough.
have some adex in case you start getting estro sides. take it in incriments of .25mg eod if you need it.
pct start 1wk after your last inject
pp trs wk 1-30
nolvadex 20mg ed 1-30
I am 23. Yeah with arimidex I heard you have to take a specific amount and get blood tests while using it to determine to take more or less...no idea if that is bs. And with the HCG usualy how much should you use?
this is how i do it. if and when your nipples become sore or itchy start the adex. when it goes away stop taking it.

and with the adex how do you administer it? it says on the link for it that its harmful in ingested
they are pills. you take them oraly. i have no comnent on the harmful if injested statement. there are risks involved in all of this stuff not just the gear. learn about it and decide before you do anything.
I think you're getting a link to ag-guys research liquidex. Never tried theirs before and if I go the research chemical route I usually go through someone else. It says harmful to ingest because it's supposed to be a "research chemical" and not for human use. That's the only way they can sell it legally. Out of curiousity, why do you say not use AG Joe? Personally I don't like them anyway but are you referring to research chemicals in general or just AG?
so how does
hcg 1000iu x 3 days for 3 weeks with

would the nolva be good by its self for such a mild cycle?
and for hcg how do you usually get it into the body?
You need to get some 30gauge Insulin syringes. Make sure you do some research on it because hcg can be confusing if you don't know what you're doing and you can really fuck yourself up. Have you alread purchased some? What IU per vial? Did you get some bacteriostatic water and a sealed empty steril vial?
Nono none yet lol. I wont be starting a cycle till june or july I am just letting my knee heal before i go on it. I do have 30 gauge insulin needles already.
