Help with PCT please?

Hey everyone,

I am 24 years old and just finished my second cycle of Test Cypionate at 400 mg/week for 10 weeks. During the cycle, I became a beast. I loved it. Now I am just trying to figure out if I have been going through my PCT correctly. It's week 3 after my last injection and I kinda started taking my liquid Nolvadex a little early, as my buddy suggested. I started taking 40 mg ED starting on day 6 after my first injection. I had Arimidex from during the cycle, but never used it until now. I have been reading that using an AI such as Arimidex isn't good during PCT, but I only used 0.25 mg 5 times and was wondering if that will affect my test:estrogen level?

Sorry if I am confusing. I am taking 20 mg of Nolva ED and I have also been taking Formadrol from LG just to boost up my natural test. I am planning on taking Nolva for 6 weeks and the Formadrol for 8 weeks total for my PCT. Again, I am in week 3 of my PCT.

How does this sound? Please, any input would be great.

Yeah, I posted it there too, but no one's really looked at it yet.

If anyone has any advice for me, I'd appreciate it.

And btw, I am probably just paranoid as hell lol but since I have been thinking about getting some boobies, my nips have felt kinda tingly. If this starts getting worse, and I am already taking 40 mg ED of Nolva, what should I do about it? Up the dosage? Add something else to go along with the Nolva?

Looks like you have given little or no thought to your PCT. Thats a great way to kiss your gains goodbye...

Is that a misprint that you started taking nolva 6 days after your first shot of test ? i hope it is.

Nolva should have been started 2 weeks after your last injection and liquid nolva is one of the easiest faked SERMS out there.
run the nolva @ 20mg and order some hcgenerate,phytoserms 347 and unleashed...run them for 4 weeks minimum.

Your buddy that gave you advice is an idiot....Do some research on AI's and SERMS before you do any more cycles.

I did make a mistake I meant that I started taking Nolvadex 6 days AFTER my last injection. Sorry about the confusion. I just checked the website to get hcgenerate and it says the website is down. Also, Unleashed is out of stock. What else do you recommend to help from getting gyno?

I have been feeling around in my right nipple and feel that there is a little bump in there the size of a pea... this can't be good. I thought I was just freaking out but I don't know what to do now and I am freaking out.

I do clomid 100 mg for 1st week then go down to 50 mg for 3 more weeks 2 weeks after last shot. If u cant get ur hands on nolva or clomid right now i have had over the counter nolvadex xt but not to sure i it works but is supposed to so look into it u can get it at gnc but would recomend clomid or nolvadex
