help with nagging injury

Hey all

I have this nagging injury and I'm not sure what it is or how to get rid of it. I got it while using this stupid ass seated tricep press machine. It was at the end of my workout and I was already worn out and on my 3rd set on the thing I broke form trying to get it in starting postion and I hurt something somewhere in my trapezius near my spine on the left side. It hurts to turn my head all the way to left like something is sprained. Anyway I'm not sure if its a muscle injury or a pinched nerve but the shit won't go away and its been about a week already still feels the same. Just hoping someone might have an idea what it is and what to do for it. Thanks in advance.

go to a sports chiroprator, maybe your muscle pulled you out of alignment and the doc will help.If it's a muscle they should be able to massage it out
 
Sounds like you may have pinched a nerve, you can only be sure by seeing an MD. Try taking Motrin & go see an MD to rule out anything serious. A chiropractor can certainly be of benefit once it is determined not to be part of a more serious matter.
