Help with my first cycle.... Please

How's it going everyone? Well I posted a few weeks ago and u guys thought I wasn't ready now a month later I feel as I have gone as far as diet and cardio are going to take me for the time being I haven't taken any supplements to drop this weight just hard work and proper diet.. I started at 282lbs I am now at 255 and have plateued there, I was at 23% bf and now am at 18% and have lost over 5 inches on the waist line. Summer is approaching and like everyone else I want to look good in my bathing suit so I have purchased a vile of european winstrol I will post a picture later when I get home to confirm its the good stuff, its a white substance which does seperate when left un disturbed. I am planning on taking winstrol only with other supplements such as ginseng and other thermolgenics. Any recomendations would truely be appreciated. I know bf #'s and weight are still up but I feel as if this will finally take me over the edge and harden me up. My diet is pretty str8 foward clean protein eating chicken breats for lunch and dinner, cardio days I eat it with whole wheat pasta and workoiut days with whole wheat pita bread, I'm drinking water and diet green tea that's it. If my calculations are right I'm eating 2000 calories a day and everyday I hit the treadmill 3 days a week I burn 1200calories in an hour. So dedication and diet are in place now after 3 months of this I feel as if I'm ready to jump on and slim down. I know its not a miracle worker but I know it will push me harder and help me achieve my goals. Thanks in advance

first off, good job on your progress so far. thats quite an impressive weight drop in that amount of time. if i was you bro, i would scratch the ginseng and whatever thermo your thinking, and start cutting carbs and increasing your workout routine. treadmill three days a week isnt really gonna cut it. literally. You should be doing cardio every day, or every other day... assuming you do lift, and not just cardio, i would go with a 10 week test-e cycle at 500 mgs ew, run winny the last 4. Cut carbs, pack in protein, incorperate alot of cardio and alot of weight training..If you want to speed up fat loss, run clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

Winny only not a good cycle.
You can get lower than 18%.
AAS is not going to lower your BF anyways, so if you can't lose it w/o steroids then you won't be able to w/ them.

And doing cardio on tues,thurs,sat for 1 hr. I do need to increase cardio to 6 days though for sure.

I'm not to sure I want to run test due to the side effects and I want to keep this first cycle clean and simple. I thought about taking anavar and winny but not sure if that is what I should take. I really just wanna cut the fat and flab away so I'm cutting not growing. I know my bf isn't going to drop just because of winny I need to wor it out, the reason I wanna run a cycle is to help speed along the process, I've heard of great results on winny only cycles and seen some great results first hand. What I would like to get out of this thread is what other supplements I should consider to help myself loose the weight.

I would keep dieting until around 15%.
Then do a test only cycle (assuming you are old enough) to mantain mass while continuing to diet.
Just remember that diet and cardio will determine outcome not AAS.
 
Trust me you want to run test bro. 500mg ew of test for 10 weeks with winny the last 6 weeks is an awesome cycle. Lift more than 3 days a week, and do cardio more than 3 days a week. 4 days a week of both is a minimum. Just get an AI on hand for the test bloat, and have your PCT in check. Best thing is winny dries you out so you have little bloat regardless.
 
why cant people just listen? WINNY IS NOT A GOOD CYCLE WHEN TAKEN ALONE. PERIOD. TAKE A LOWER DOSE OF TEST AND CYCLE IT WITH WINNY. JEEZ. HAVE A BALANCED PCT. ANTI E'S.

there are 16 year olds who are more willing to listen (youngguns) haha
 
I feel that taking gear and dieting and doing cardio is working against yourself. Steroids are growth drugs. To make the most of them you need to eat like a horse.

I've never been an advocate of using steroids to"avoid catabolism" while losing weight. At 23% you need to diet and train with volume. Catabolism is overrated. Get enough sleep. That'll prevent catabolism. Then, you can put on some more size with drugs. I know that isn't a popular approach on the boards these days since it takes more work and doesn't provide a more immediate gratification, but you'll get better results in the long run.
