help with my day to day

Hey everyone. New to the forums. This is my current situation.

I am in the Army, which means I do PT in the morning. Every other day is a run day, so there is my cardio. I go to the gym after work 5 days a week, working a specific muscle each day. I eat dinner before I work out, usually getting a snack after (peanut butter).

Food:

Breakfast - 2 egg whites and 1 sausage patty or corned beef hash

Lunch - Sandwich (stick to roast beef, turkey, tuna) /w salad or maybe a little rice

Dinner - Same as lunch

Suppliments:

2 doses of Leukic a day, 2 doses of Hydroxycut, 2 doses of Nanox9, and one dose of Gakic (The Gakic is only on chest / arm days)

I have already noticed gains. I am slimming down and my muscles are getting noticably bigger. I don't take protein shakes cause I am afraid of gaining fat with it. I am trying to get massive(eventually), but also want a six pack =).

I want more gains. How are the suppliments I am taking? Could I be eating better? Thanks for the help.

And yes I have searched, just wondering how good or bad my situation is. Thanks again.

Ah, the "Holy Grail" you seek. If you want to get massive, you gotta eat man. If you don't do that, it doesn't matter what kind of routine you do. Don't be afraid off gaining a little fat. You can lose that later much easier than you can put on muscle with too little food. If you start to notice too much fat gain, you can scale back the calories a bit.

Don't worry too much about supplements. That's the least of your worries.

Also, read the training stickies. You might want to rethink your one body part a day routine.

Wow, I was always told one body part is the best. I'll check out them stickies. I like taking supps though. . for some reason when I take them I am more pumped up to go to the gym and get that much more of an intense work out. It's partly a mental thing with me.

Forgot to mention, on most exercises I do 3 sets, 12 reps, increasing weight for each set. And also, I am 6'2, 198lbs.

Holy cow. I agree with above. Man you gotta eat. That's not a lifters diet. It's a anorexic chicks diet only thing missing is the your finger down your throat.

eat man eat.
