Help with my cycle

Hi guys I'm new here I was wondering if anyone can help with my cycle . I'm 24 years old 6' and 160 lbs. My goal is to get mass.
I just got 3 gears ( Decabol 250 British Dragon 10ml , ELITE TRI-TEST 300 10ml and ELITE WINSTROL 50 10ml ) this is my second time I'm using gears.
I was wondering if anybody can help me to how should I start my cycle . should I take Deca or Tri-test first and winstrol for the end and also for Anti Estrogens and Post Cycle Therapy which one CLOMID or NOVADEX and how much pills should I take .

Deca should be run for 10 weeks minimum and I think its best at 300+mgs per week Test should be higher than deca so like 400+mgs per week. for 12weeks. As for the winstrol I would leave that out, its better for a cutting cycle. At 6' 160lbs I would think your super lean?

My first was pretty small only 10ml of deca and 8 amps of sustanon 250 (testosterone blend ).
