Help with I N S U L I N cycle please

I would like some help with my next cylce.

Questions
1. How long should I run the insulin for?
2. Do you think I am taking the insulin at the right time in the cycle?
3. Could I run insulin the whole cycle?

Any advice would help. I also would run Clomid post cycle and I know what I am doing with insulin and my roomate is a diabetic so I feel pretty safe with the insulin. Thank you
 
hey bro, insulin works good if used properly. Im sure youve done your research on how to use and when to use insulin so i wont lecture on the hazards and possibly life threatening effects. I would only use insulin for (at most) 5 weeks. Your body can become dependent making you diebetic (sure 5 weeks isnt very long but why chance it??) I used insulin to bridge a cycle and used it with cell-tech ... decent gains are attainable.
 
There hasnt been 1 case where taking otc insulin made someone diabetic.

Take 10ius post workout with creatine and glutamine. I also wouldnt take it without t3. Even with a stict diet, its hard not to put fat on.

Research how to take it, very important.
 
If you take insulin as a bridge, then you have to keep your diet strict. Maybe add 25-50mcg of t3. You will put on fat.
 
Could someone please create a good bridge for me to think about using. Do you guys think that insulin during the cycle or bridging would be best?
 
What are your goals? You are asking questions we cant answer for you.

Insulin will increase gains when on gear and will be a solid bridge if taken properly.

I would take it the same way. 10ius post training on training days only. I stack it with creatine and glutamine. Insulin is a shuttle, so it forces those two into your muscles.
 
First, you should start your cycle with the insulin included. That way you can back it off the last 4 weeks if you are too smooth looking, and run some tren or winny with the eq to lean out.
Second, you should take the oral steroid at the same time as you are taking the insulin. Oral steroids like dbol cause a release of IGF-1 on the first pass through the liver. Insulin growth factors (IGF) are very synergistic with insulin supplementation.
Last, I know you feel comfortable with insulin, but I would not recommend 10iu as a starting point. Start at 5iu and work up one iu a day. Everyone reacts different to insulin. I have used it for years, and 10 iu in my first injection makes me go hypoglycemic still. If you feel you must start at 10, take 5iu in the AM and 5 iu after lifting. Much easier to control and just as effective this way. You can then work each dose up by 1 iu a day, nd end up at 14 to 20 iu a day without problems. I have done 3 twelve week insulin/GH cycles a year for many years this way and have not become diabetic.
Humulin-r is active for 4 hours in the system, peaking at 2 hours. If you take in 10 grams of complex carbs with creatine 15 min. after injecting, a non-fat protein shake at 1 hour out, and wait to consume anything with fat in it for the bulk of the active period to expire, you wont get fat. As Lawnsaver said, its a shuttle, and will shuttle fatty foods straight to adipose tissue deposits during the active period of the insulin.
Humalog cuts all these times in half, and is much easier to use if you can get it.
If you insist on starting at 10iu, keep a glucose source close at hand - OJ, and glucose tubes or tabs in the diabetic section at the drug store are good. Hypoglycemia is scary if it happens to you at the wrong place. You will know it by the onset of dizziness and shakes.......get some sugar going at once, even a candy bar or whatever.
Good luck, insulin is quite anabolic, and you will like the results.
A great bridge, if you have the money, is GH and insulin, and maybe anavar, with the clomid. You can allow your test production to fully recover without losing mass.

Shotokan is a very old style Japanese style Karate...no spinning jump back kicks allowed:D

Thank you very much for you post. I am actually going to start at 5IUs and work my way up I just did not know how to put that in the cycle picture. I think that I will go ahead and use the insulin the first 5 weeks with DBOL and include so winny the last four weeks as you said.

Two questions. How long should I take off before my next cycle? And should I bridge insulin and clomid the whole time?

My goals are for mass right now and I am not that worried about gaining fat. I can lose it in April.
 
No problem, 648. It's very intelligent of you to investigate before injecting. Insulin can be dangerous in the wrong hands. A while back, a youngster who didn't investigate, was about to inject a cc of insulin with a regular syringe cause he didn't understand the conversion from ml to iu........dead meat......wrote me at the last second, thank God.
Yes, you could very well bridge with insulin and clomid, since you will have taken a month off insulin in the last 4 weeks of your cycle. You will be able to tell that everything is all right with your own insulin production in that period of time - it will be - I have never seen a documented case of diabetes from insulin supplementation at the moderate doses we are discussing. I always take at least a month off in between insulin cycles, and sometimes, when using higher doses, I'll go 5 days on, 2 off during cycle.
I don't get fat at all with insulin.....just time your nutrients correctly, and use some common sense about what you eat, and you will be fine.....especially if you run it in the way I described for a 12 week cycle.
Insulin is great - it makes you bigger and thicker all over evenly. I gained 8 extra quality pounds on a 12 week cycle I had done many times when I added in the insulin. That is alot for someone who has been at this for 30 years.
Hey, keep me posted on results - that's a very nice cycle you have planned. When you are ready, growth hormone is the next step.

I know this is way off the topic but did you guys ever try any Ju-Jitsu or shoot wrestling?? great workout and more realistic for real world. Ofcourse you still need to crosstrain with other diciplines to achieve overall shape.
 
Hey, clune...I'm an old HS and collegiate wrestler. It's been my experience that, all things equal, the grappler wins the fight. My motto "when in doubt, choke em out".
2 of my sons are state champs at 189 and 215, and black belts as well. If they get me on the ground, I'm dead, even though I outweigh them by 30 pounds.
