It's a good point to keep blood serum levels steady, like taking two in the middle of the night when you wake up to piss. On the other hand, Dbol acts very quickly and has a direct effect on your inter-set recovery when training and strength. I prefer to take a double-dose in my pre-workout dose, an hour or two before training, then spread the rest out. In your case, with 5 mg tabs, it depends onwhen you train, but if you train in the am, I'd take four preworkout, then 2 about eight hours later, then 2 more about eight hours later (which will likely be a pre-bedtime or middle of night dose.) Or you could even spread the other four out evenly, taking one at a time, but that gets tedious and you may forget to take them.
