help with gyno

currently in a cycle of test e and anavar. yesterday and today my nipples have started to itch a bit, i have been running 20mg nolva and 1mg adex from the start, i guess i must be prone to gyno then.
Should i up the dose of nolva and adex or is there any other things i could take?

You could up the Nolva to 40mg and see if that helps.

Go with 40mgs nolva and 1.25mgs letrozole (femara) ED until the gyno symptoms go away. Since it's early, the symptoms should be gone within a few weeks.
