Hey, brother, I'm always glad to help out a good man if I can.
When you use GH for the purpose of leanness and simply want to counteract GH's negative impact on insulin sensitivity, then humalog is always best. It is so fast that it won't cause undesired weight gain. However, when using GH as part of a mass building cycle, I prefer a slower insulin.......even slower than humulin-r. ("N" or 70/30 or "U") If you looked at my gallery, there are 2 pics side by side which show the effects of a GH/steroid cycle compared to a GH/steroid/insulin cycle. You can see that I'm thicker, bigger, but a little smooth in the insulin bulking cycle. Is that what you have? Or did you gain 3 inches of fat in the gut and no where else?
That's extreme, if it's 3 bad inches........either you been going nuts on the junk food, or something is wrong with the gear or the GH. Longterm use of HCG will cause accumulations of fat around the waist in men. HCG is often the active ingredient in bogus GH.
Anyway, I would try the humalog at 7iu with the GH injection. Your shake should be taken at about the same time as the injections, and that light meal at 1 hour. After 2 or 3 hours, you don't need to be so careful.
Also, synthetic GH can cause thyroid difficulties for some people. After several weeks of GH injections, some experience an increased binding of natural thyroid hormones. Bound hormone is not effective, and these people should consider a light dosage of T3 to avoid fat gain and bloating. The dangers of long term T3 use have been exaggerated. 25 to 50 mcg is not a problem.
You might want to try a cycle of androgenics/GH/insulin, but at the half-way point taper back the androgenics and insulin while transfering to an anabolics/GH/T3 conclusion.
So keep me posted, and thanks for the kind words.
