Help with future cutting cycle

I am currently finishing up 10 weeks of sus500/wk with 75mg Fina ED. Still have a week left of sus and 3 of Fina. I have went from 170 to a current 215. My body fat says it has stayed the same but I have gained lower back fat and fat on my ass too. This was my first cycle and I am looking to cut this spring. Here is what I was thinking

HomeBrewFina 75mg ED wk 1-8
IP Anavar 35mg ED wk 1-8
Spiropent 2 weeks on/off
????ECA or NYC between????
IP T3 (50mcg tabs) starting with .5 and increasing by .5 every 3rd day up to 2 and back down

3 weeks of Clomid after: 300-100-50

Never Used T3 before and was wondering if the dosage looks ok?
Also I wasnt sure which was better to take, if there is a difference, between taking ECA or NYC between Clen?

Feel free to rip it apart if you need to, this is only my 2nd cycle so I am new to making my own even though I have read up as much as possible. Was gonna throw in maybe 300mg of Prop a week but I am not sure

I am probably forgetting to ask something but any help is appreciated.

I don't like your cycle bro

here is what you should do :

first - you gotta use WINNY with fina , fina converts to progesterone and winny is an anti-progesterone , so you will not get any progesterone side effects from fina

second - no need for T3 , T3 sux IMO , go with clen AND ECA .

third - no need for anavar since it is too weak and you will be adding the winny and TEST .

so , here is what I would do : ( actually this is my next cycle , march 2002 )


8 week cycle :


fina 75 mg ED
winny 50 mg ED
test prop 300-400 mg / week
clen 2 weeks on / off - on weeks off use xenadrine
USE ARIMIDEX - you don't want any bloat from the test .

IF you can afford HGH - 4 IU ED , but sat and sundays

do this and cardio , weight train and clean diet and you will be totally RIPPED in 8 weeks

clomid therapy at the end

if you don't want TEST , fine just go with fina + winny .

did yall not have good experiences with it? I can get it pretty cheap and have read that it is good to take with clen for fat burning so I figured I would include it. I didnt think that it would burn muscle b/c of the fina anavar in there...What are your reasons for not liking it?

I think T3 is overkill. If you know how to diet there's no reason to use it, an ECA stack is better IMO. T3 took alot of my LBM along with the fat. Run the anavar @ 35mg for 8 weeks and definately use the prop @ 350mg week. For that little amount of test I think Arimidex is overkill. just have clomid and nolvadex around in case your nipples start getting sore or growing.
 
duno why someone was saying t3 sux. if done properly, this would be perfect for ur cutting cycle. especially if ur wanting to get down to that 6% bf range. although anavar sounds good, i would use anavar only as a bridge if ur wanting to extend ur cut cycle into another cycle. anavar wont be needed. here is what i designed for ur cycle:
prop- wks 1-10 @ 1.5cc eod
fina-wks 1-10 @75mg ed
winstrol-wks 4-10 @ 50mg ed
clen- wks 1-2, 5-6, 9-10, 13-14
eca-wks 3-4, 7-8, 11-12, 15-16
t-3- {start wk 3} 11112222333344444444333322221111 {assuming there 25mcg} if there 50mcg, break that in half accordingly!
bloat shouldnt be much of a factor considering ur using prop. but if it becomes a problem, seeing as this is a cutting cycle, arimidex being very expensive, i would just go with proviron 25mg/day throughout. the biggest thing to get down to ur 6% bf is how well on u are with ur diet and ur cardio sessions. the drugs will definately help the process, but they wont technically burn the body fat for u. the diet and cardio will!!! good luck. if u do in fact decide to try this cycle, i know u will definately be happy and u WILL BE A RIPPED MOFO!!!

Thanks for the help guys. Even though I want to try the anavar I think I'll pass this time on it(and b/c it's kinda pricey...
I was thinking by taking the arimidex that would keep estrogen low and would help burn more fat/keep my from getting more estro-fat deposits on my lower back and butt....Anyone have an opinion on this? Or any new opinions on what I should do?

Ok how does this look


Anavar 30mg ED wk 1-9
Fina 75mg ED wk 1-9
Winny 50mg EOD wk 1-9
Prop 100mg EOD wk 1-9
Clen 2 weeks on/off
T3 .25mcg (+.125 every 3rd day and back down) total wk 1-6

:karate: Looks good Chuck.....Tell you what, if you want to be the Shredded Wheat, try this (Disclaimer: My body and you body two different body). with that.....

Try some Xenadrine(Xetalene is the Wal-Mart brand...$14.95 a comparitive bottle...much smoother too). Me personally, don't enjoy it...let my diet work for me.

-Do morning cardio when you can (very important). Elevate your heartrate to about 75-85% for @ 20 min. DO NOT FORGET TO STRETCH!

Change your diet to lean calories ie. protein: powder, fish, tuna, nuts, SOY, etc. Don't be scared of fat (EFA's) either, just the good kind though, overload on some flaxseed oil ( that stuff is one of the best supplements in the world, everyone should take it everyday....READ ABOUT IT) Fish and almonds will give you some good fat also...no cheeeeeezeburgers. Also stay away from simple carbs, like sugar and them damn Cokes. SLOWLY, and I mean slowly, reduce your caloric intake of complex carbs, but never abandon them (ENERGY IS THE KEY). While reducing the carbs replace their calories with plenty of protein and fat (Almost double/quarter: 1 gram of carb redux = 2 gram of protein increase + 1/4 gram fat increase) the extra protein (throw some soy in, just trust me or read about it) will give you your needed calories and the fat will give you calories and ENERGY. Got to have ENERGY.

Now that you got the most important part covered....we can discuss a cycle that is efficient (Again, works for me)


whatever can get them testes firing would be a nice start (Good heads-up by Huck'll tell you why that's critical...

-Clomid and or Armidex will do fine for gettin your bits and pieces in working order/Intermediaries during your hormonal imbalance.

-Primobolan Depot is ultra nice for me Shredded Wheat and then some.

you could stop there or....

-Equipoise is a nice compliment....OOHHHH....you are making me wish I was reaching my cutting cycle.

Me I have never needed anymore, but if you want me to throw you a bunch of other razors to blow your wad on then...

-deca (depends on how it affects you some people cut others swell)

Well you get the point....but try the whole diet thing, read as much useless info as you can (Fact - Best info cames from experience and real to the touch text books) about anything dealing with human physiology and you'll see why all the synthesized advantages you can pump in your body won't potentiate without your help.

crouching tiger--- that double quarter looks good. at what point do you feel that your muscles will go flat, due to a lack of carbs? i want to try that, but if i don't eat enough carbs, no matter how much extra protein i consume, my muscles simply do not hold enough water to give the aesthetic look that i desire.
 
:karate: My Good Man Razor, replacing the carbs is at a need to body basis.....at's why I suggest reducing at a slow rate....a person can read their body signs if they know what to look for.
