princesa Elite Mentor Platinum Sep 22, 2007 #1 So i tried doing Front squats followed by a Military press today and i couldnt go pass 8 reps due to tension on my wrists. Does anyone have any tips ??? btw i tried wrapping them and didnt help at all. Thanks in advance.
