Help with Flax Oil!!!

Forgive my ignorance about Flax oil, but I keep hearing about it and if I could, I would like to incorporate it into my diet. Well I've heard that it's really good, but that's all I know. I'm a powerlifter and I'm mostly concerned about strength and being as lean as I can be, specially when I compete. Now, I could I benefit from Flax oil? and how should I incorporate it into my diet? Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!:confused:

It's a good sourse of poly/mono fats. A great supplement to include into your diet to get "good" fats

For each table spoon you get aprox 14g of fat.

Ok, I started the Flax oil today, I took two tablespoons before my dinner. However, I chased it with OJ, will the acidity of the OJ affect it? Also, when's the best time to take it?
 
If you drink a whey protein shake at night before bed mix some with that it will help slow the digestion phase of the protein so it breaks down slower so more of the protein is absorbed and actually used. Use it with high protein meals like Whey shakes where the protein is absorbed fast.
 
flax seed oil

I just started consuming flax oil, what is the best time of the day to take it? I usually have oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast...meat (or some type of protein),veggies and rice a few hours before the gym, and Protein (eggs/meat/fish/cottage cheese) and veggies for my last meal. (i'm trying to stay away from protein shakes right now and eat real foods as a protein source)

I've been taking flax oil since June last year, and I find its effects very good.

Curbs my appetite, makes my joints and skin feel better, and generally makes me feel good.

Just my 2 cents. :)
