Forgive my ignorance about Flax oil, but I keep hearing about it and if I could, I would like to incorporate it into my diet. Well I've heard that it's really good, but that's all I know. I'm a powerlifter and I'm mostly concerned about strength and being as lean as I can be, specially when I compete. Now, I could I benefit from Flax oil? and how should I incorporate it into my diet? Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!
