Help with dieting! Please

Ok here's my problem, first off I'm not a pro BB! I like to BB for myself and to look good for the woman or women I'm dating.

I am by no means a diet expert. I was just wondering what each person that is pretty serious about BB eats during the day?

?.. Do you rely on protein drinks through out the day to fill you up?

?.. Do you eat celery or some other veggie?

?.. Do you eat sandwiches?

What do you snack on during the day? I want to get my abs to come out real good. I do 25 minutes of cardio a day. My abs show now, but not ripped.


I pretty much eat the following through out the day....


I eat instant oatmeal in the morning, 3 packs

I eat hard boiled eggs through out the day 4 or 5 total

For lunch I eat sirloin tips I cook on the grill and trim as much fat as possible off them with some broccoli and mashed potatoes. I usually leave most of the skin on the potatoes.

Some times I eat chicken with the broccoli instead of the sirloin tips. I usually have a myoplex after my workout.

There are a lot of nights that I just don't feel like cooking, so I end up eating a peanut butter and fluff or peanut butter and jelly sandwich, or some times a pastrami sub with cheese for lunch.

I know eating like this is never going to make my abs come out!

I'm convinced I need someone to plunk down in front of me a diet with exactly what to eat and when. unfortunately I don't have a women to cook for me right now!

How many of you serious BB's have a nutritionist, that sets all of your meals up for you?

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!

Goto the Diet board and research the CRUM diet it works well. WHen Im trying to get my abs to come in this is what I do. It all depeneds on your will power, and desire. You are hitting the get my 6-pack for summer kinda late but u can have it by August if you work at it. HEre are some suggestions.


1. 30-60mins of cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the mourning 4-6 days a week. That is a given
2. Get on a Fat Burner
3. Start switching bewteen shakes and food. FOr example

9am 2 packets of oatmeal, 9 egg whites 1 whole egg
11am 1 50gram protein shake, <--- Low carb
1pm Have that steak or chicken, with veggies u had, but only 1/2 lb at this meal.
3 1 50gram protein shake
6 Have some fish, steak chicken whatever with some veggies.
9pm have a 50gram shake

3 shakes 3 meals, get the carbs in early, Post workout have a big glyogen replinishing drink with protein and you are set.

That is just and idea.

I don't have time to do the cardio in the morning. I don't like taking the fat burners because they surpress my appetite and I won't want to eat at all.

I get up at between 5-5:30 and usually eat my first meal (oatmeal) at about 6:00am. I have been very undecided on what to get for a protein drink. So I have not started those yet.

My stats are 6'3 252lbs so I need to take in between 252 (1gram of protein per pound of body weight ) to 378 ( 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight ). I'm having a problem taking that much protein. I like to cut out carbs after 6:00pm but I also read that the carbs will help push the protein into the muscles. :confused:

500mg/week QV Test Cyp 200 / 36 days in
500mg/week TT Eq 200 / 15 days in
400mg/week TT Deca 300 / 20 days in
70mg/day Anavar / 16 days in
