Ok here's my problem, first off I'm not a pro BB! I like to BB for myself and to look good for the woman or women I'm dating.
I am by no means a diet expert. I was just wondering what each person that is pretty serious about BB eats during the day?
?.. Do you rely on protein drinks through out the day to fill you up?
?.. Do you eat celery or some other veggie?
?.. Do you eat sandwiches?
What do you snack on during the day? I want to get my abs to come out real good. I do 25 minutes of cardio a day. My abs show now, but not ripped.
I pretty much eat the following through out the day....
I eat instant oatmeal in the morning, 3 packs
I eat hard boiled eggs through out the day 4 or 5 total
For lunch I eat sirloin tips I cook on the grill and trim as much fat as possible off them with some broccoli and mashed potatoes. I usually leave most of the skin on the potatoes.
Some times I eat chicken with the broccoli instead of the sirloin tips. I usually have a myoplex after my workout.
There are a lot of nights that I just don't feel like cooking, so I end up eating a peanut butter and fluff or peanut butter and jelly sandwich, or some times a pastrami sub with cheese for lunch.
I know eating like this is never going to make my abs come out!
I'm convinced I need someone to plunk down in front of me a diet with exactly what to eat and when. unfortunately I don't have a women to cook for me right now!
How many of you serious BB's have a nutritionist, that sets all of your meals up for you?
