Help with diet

Im 6ft 3in tall I weigh 265 but I look like I weigh 205 im naturally muscular I need help with dieting I can someone give me a good template to follow?im looing to gain mass and cut fat.

Go to FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal Make a profile.. and plug in what you THINK you should be eating.. then adjust it.. so that the numbers read:

Gaining mass AND cutting fat is pretty tough... which of the two would you like to do most? Best way to answer that is to look in the mirror and ask yourself one question:

"Could I stand to lose some fat..."

or

"Could I stand to add more weight..."

Answering that HONESTLY will allow you too pic...

Once you pick... we'll go from there..
