Help with diet

Guys,
Do you have any diets or know of any websites that can help me out? I am a strength athlete who is looking to drop weight without having to having to sacrifice performance. I have been following more of a BB diet and it is starting to effect my energy and workouts. I am sitting at 330lbs right now at 22% BF. When I compete it also takes a lot of cardio and conditioning so 330 is just to much for me. I am looking for a diet that will help me shed the weight and still keep my energy levels high. Because right now I am feeling over trained and like shit. Thanks for the help in advance.
