5'7 144, age 19, male - semi lean, still got some flab to lose, looking to get cut, get some bulk and gain some more strength (i bench 170 looking to hit 200-210 max).
-------------------------------------------------
typical day: i do cardio everyday, lift every other day.
7:50: 1 pill of xenadrine (still new to it trying to get used to it) and a banana/apple and some water.
8am: cardio. 45 mins of light jogging or about 20-25 mins of running.
8:45ish-9:40: lifting. low reps heavy weights. rest days/etc, the usual weight training stuff i used to do in high school.
10am: breakfast: usually consists of 2 eggs and some whey protein. sometimes i make a grilled chicken omellete.
12:30pm : lunch: depends if i'm at work or not. grilled chicken salad with low fat dressing. maybe some steamed fish. grilled salmon. lean steak. this is usually what every major meal of mine consists of (lunch, afternoon, dinner)
3-4pm: afternoon snack: xenadrine. some protein. and whatever i feel like having (see lunch)
6-7pm: grilled chicken/fish/steak/etc.
9-10pm: late nite workout. some jogging/biking. do a bunch of push ups/pull ups/sit ups.
once a week, i eat 'normally'. some bread with that chicken. some rice with that fish. a dinner roll with that steak.
also, i drink a lot of water. i forgot the exact amount, but i calculated about 8-10 bottles of water a day is what i should be drinking, and i do.
whenever i need to indulge on some sweets or something, i eat half a cup of some 93% fat free chocolate yogurt. i do it about once a week. i'm weak =(
----------------------------------------------
i'm fairly new to sticking with a strict diet plan and serious weight training+proper dieting. it isn't hard, though the lack of carbs in my meals takes some getting used to.
any suggestions on what i need to change?
thanks =)
(also, going to start taking cell-tech creatine in a week or so)
