help with diet.... check it out..

How does this diet look?
Im cutting/losing weight

Just starting to come up with my plan. This is 4 weeks minimum.


Do I need more of anything less of anything?


Im 313lbs so Im a pretty big guy..

9:00 CARDIO

10:00 MEAL 1
2 Servings of Whey protein shake of choice

11:30/12:00 MEAL 2
-2 CUPS Oatmeal or
-Protein Pancakes

WORKOUT

3:00 MEAL 3
2 servings of Whey protein shake of choice

4:00 MEAL 4
-Skinless Chicken Breat or Lean Steak with 1-2 cups veggies

6:00 MEAL 5
2 cans of TUNA with Mayo and Veggies

8:00 MEAL 6
-Skinless Chicken Breat or Lean Steak with 1-2 cups veggies

10:00 CARDIO



Do you see any changes needed?

Also when should I work in my creatine?
 
@ a bodyweight of 313, i honestly think you will need some more carbs in there (esp. post workout). It seems your following a hi- protein, mod. fat and low carb approach but i think you can get away w/ some carbs. You also didnt specify how much meat you will be eating in terms of chicken or steak at each meal. If carbs arent present, i would think you would be needing about 12-15 oz. a sitting.
 
My advice to you is forget about the carbs unless you train with weights. You can go with no carbs at all, and when you workout supplement with dextrose(50-70g)+whey(25gP).

Dont use creatine unless you workout, same thing goes for that. Now, if you absolutely need carbs, use them 1hr after your morning cardio to replenish your stores.

Post the cals and macronutrient totals so we can help you out. Oh, and no syrup on the protein pancakes big guy.

Im starting this diet in a week and just want to make it
as perfect as possible so I wont be wasting my time...


I do workout with weights 5 days per week
m-f

What do you recommend as a good carb source after my cardio?
Also should I have more carbs after my workout? if so what time and what type?

as far as meat goes prob 12oz


Where can I get a good dextrose supp? Does it come in powder like whey?

and how about glutamine?


Sorry for all the questions... Just wanna make it worth while.
