Help with developing a rotator-cuff friendly routine

Alright, to make it short and sweet, the Doc recommends (which I was waiting for) that I do a very aggressive rotator cuff strengthening routine. Not just rotator cuff specific, but also aimed at strengthening all surrounding muscles (bi,tri,delts...). anyway, I have 2 questions:

1) is their any type of press for shoulders that might be safe to do? I think I hurt my shoulder originally doing military presses, so I am very wary of doing any presses until I regain some strength and confidence.

2) Any suggestions for this routine? Any one here ever go thru this?

thanks bros.

Get the book; 7 minute rotator cuff solution - by Jerry robbinson & Dr. Joseph Horrigan.

It has everything you want or need to know about the RC including anatomy, exercises, stretches and sample programs. Also has contra-indicated exercises and exercise diagrams

So stay away from and get the book

Behind head presses & pulldowns

upright row

front lateral raise

side lateral raise with "pouring" water technique

lateral raise machines

standing calf raise machines (puts direct compression on A/C joint)

Bench tricep dips

bench press (DB bench press too) - do DB chest press on floor, then progress to stability ball and then back to the bench

Pullovers

Get the book,!! if you still need help or have questions post them here or PM me.
