Help with deca/test cycle.

I,m in the begining of a ten week deca/test cycle. I'm running 400mgs of both a week. What im wondering is ive got nolvadex and arimadex and im trying to figure out how to work them in. With the nolvadex should i wait till actuall signs or should I just be safe and start now. Ive read alot of post and I cant figure it out. With the arimadex should I use it to cut up at the end or use it all the way for extra strenght gains.

I know alot of you guys know alot about this so please help out.

Use Arimidex through out your cycle, it will eliminate the chance of gyno fom the Test and will keep off the water retention. You should not need Nolva
