Diet is good... I eat like a MOFO and have problems with getting a bigger gut when on a cycle. On this cycle, I plan to do 30minutes on the treadmill before hitting weights.
i read or heard somewhere that cardio is more effective at burning fat after your weight training as it takes about thirty minutes until your body is using fat for fuel instead of blood glycogen.
i used to do cardio pre-workout and ive seen better fat loss doing it after.
That looks decent. except for a few things. Clomid Therapy needs to start 2 weeks after your last shot of Cyp. The deca and cyp would still be in your system.
Also, cycle seems short for these compunds, I would suggest you pick up more if you can.
On long acting compounds Ill take 4500 iu's of HCG and split it up in to 500 iu's shots and take them eod starting 1 week before my last shot until finnished. Then 3 weeks after my last shot I used Nolva.
Last cycle was about 8months ago and I was scammed with underdosed. Before that it was about 10months. I am probably half the weight of some of you guys so I dont need as much lucky me cause Im a cheap bastard.
PCT should be this for every cycle you do. Period.
Mid cycle: HCG at 1500 iu's x 3(MWF) + Nolvadex at 20mg ED for 7 days.
Post cycle(one week after last injection): HCG at 1000 iu's 3x/Week for one week combo'd with Nolva at 20mg. Stop HCG and continue with Nolva at 20mg ED. Also do Clomid at 50mg ED for whole PCT.
