OK bro. The healthy way to cycle is to run your cycle, however long it is and then a full pct. Then you should wait for the total amount of time you cycled plus pct time before doing anything else. That's why I asked if you were competing earlier. I wouldn't advice not cycling properly unless 1) you are making your living with this or 2) you are already on trt.
if you are concerned about long term health you need a proper pct and break between cycles.
