Help with cycle please

I have 20 organon sust
I have 20 Zambron Winstrol
1 10cc Jug of 200mgs EQ
100 Proviron

Clomid and nolva post..

How would you guys cycle this..

This is my second cycle. I am 180 pounds.. 5'8.. Been training for about 7 years.. First cycle was done very foolishly.. Please help me with this one.

The 20 sust are ok, 2 ew, but the eq will be way short of the effective dosage. Eq is usually run 400 to 600mg ew when stacked with test or some other compound. If you got ahold of another 10cc's you could run 2cc's of each for 10wks, 2.5-3wks later, start pct. You can run the winny at the begining, or after the last shot of eq/sust. I like the latter idea better, but with only 20(what mg/pill?), that's not a whole lot of winny. Eat and train big, proper pct and blood work.

Add at least 20 more winny run it ED

What about the proviron? Should I just get rid of it? Also I have 20 ampws of the zambron winni, I know its not all that much but it will have to do.. you think i can start doing the EQ at week 5 and do 400mgs a week or will that be ineffective?
