Help With Creatine

So I am about to start a creatine cycle for the second time in my life, I just bought the standard Creatine Monohydrate from GNC and frankly I am a little confused on how to proceed in regards to the loading phase(and if its necessary) and the pre or post workout usage. So if anyone could give me a quick tutorial on using this stuff it would be great.

By the way I did look around online but I really dont trust any of the sites I looked at, I would much rather have the opinion of an experienced lifter on this forum than some "guru" know it all.

IMO best time to take creatine is post workout with simple carbs. Post workout your muscles are soaking in everything and simple carbs will spike insulin to push the creatine into muscle cells. For the loading phase (and for non workout days), I would take it first thing in the morning because your body is coming off a fast and will also soak up nutrients here.

10 grams a day the entire time you use it bro.

5 grams pre-workout and 5 grams post workout.

On off days, 5 grams in the AM and evening.

And GNC is crap. Dont forget that too.

What do you mean? I thought GNC was the best because they charge 80 dollars for Arginine pills made by the most famous Muscletech, lmao. I thin kit is now the Ultra Hardcore pro series. Jay cutler won Mr. Olympia because of Muscletech, remember? hahaha

Actually, My uncle works for GNC as a regional director over the southwest. (Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma area)
