Hey all, normally i go to gym at around 8am and do 30 min of cardio on elliptical / treadmill at a fairly high resistence, burning around 550 cal (dont really trust machines however). Im pretty much soaked afterwards.
My queston is that is it better to life before or after cardio. Diff. people tell me diff things, and i want a solid answer .
Also, i dring a protein shake pre workout (Simply cold water, splenda, and 2 scoops whey ) . Would the protein get 'burned' during cardio, or would it be used towards muscle rebuilding. etc?
