Help with a regime..

I'm looking to gain a nice amount of weight. I am lifting hard 5 days a week and doing aerobic twice. This is an example of a dayof my diet, please critique.

Lift on empty stomach

Morning: After lift, 4 egg whites 1 yolk. 2 packets oatmeal. 1 cup applesauce.

Lunch: Turkey sandwhich sweet potato

snack: Can of tuna.

Dinner: Chicken breast Spinach Salad Sweet Potato

Snack natural pbj on wheat

Beforee bed: protein shake

Any suggestions would be very appreciated. Thanks.
 
I don't think you should be lifting on an empty stomach. At least have a protein shake with some oats in it or something. Packets of oatmeal - you mean the sugary processed instant crap? Get some real oats. Applesauce - ok. Wheat bread - make sure it's whole grain, not enriched wheat flour, or whatever they call it. Add more veggies (broccoli, green beans) and fats (fish oil).
