I am a new member here and have been looking around for some info on a deca cycle. I have spoken with friends and everyone has different ideas and thoughts about what I should be doing. I am 5'11'', 185 lbs, and try to stay in as good as shape as I can. I recently acquired 9 deca amps and have been told to stack them with something. I want to increase my size and strength but feel lost with all the input I have been getting. Are winny tabs appropriate to stack with this? How much should I be using in a week of the deca? Are there things I need to take after the cycle and if so what? Any info would be greatly appreciated as I am truely a newbie. Thanks in advance.
