First post here, looking for some solid advice before I start a cycle.
I'm 24 years old, 6'1 and weigh about 203 pounds at about 14-16% BF. I've been training consistently since I was 17 or so. My diet is in check and I monitor everything I eat on a daily basis, making sure that I hit my macro goals. I am consuming 2600 calories with 1.25 g/lb protein, .45 g/lb fat and the rest carbohydrates. I've determined that the 2600 is right around my maintenance. My goal from this cycle is to recomp with a slight gain in LBM with the highest gain being 7-12 pounds
Here's what I will have to work with: 2 ml test e, 5,000 IU HCG, 36 50 mg clomid, and 15 1 mg arimadex.
From what I've gathered, I'm looking at running 500 mg/wk test e for 10 weeks and using the HCG at 250 IU twice per week from about weeks 3-12. The clomid I will dose at 100/50/50/50 and start that two weeks after the last pin. The arimadex, I am unsure about. I've read to dose it at about .25 mg/eod but here's my issue: I don't want to bloat or suffer any sides but want to make sure that my estrogen stays high enough to not hinder my gains. You tell me what to do there.
What is the difference between HCG and HCGenerate? Would I be okay taking HCGenerate in pill form as opposed to pinning the HCG that I will have? Also, would it be useful for me to add any other compound such as anavar/winstrol in hopes of hardening up what I gain from the cycle? There are those that say anavar doesn't work unless you're under 10% BF and those that say winny is only a temporary fix and your gains from it disappear when you get off, which obviously means either of those wouldn't be for me.
