OK, i am doing site injections and how in the world do you get to the inside of the tri, the head closest to your lats?? I was going to try and hit it this morning and couldn't figure out how, the best way i could think of is lying down with your arm over your head, but when i went to do that it was as if my tricep was flexed so i pussied out and just did my bi instead. on spotinjections.com they only show how to hit the outer head of the tri, so i am clueless.
