Help student get enough protein

Hard being a high-school student and getting the max amount of protein in a day.

I am thinking maybe a protein bar or meal a day.

Sometimes i have school than work as well.

I heard wlanuts are good to have along with other certain nuts.

I was wondering if like 1-2 per day of Protein Brownies would be good?

If so anybody got recipe
 
why dont u just get a protein shaker, put some in then put it in your backpack. Or even fill up an empty water bottle with protein then shake it up for lunch.
 
possibly making protein pancakes would be an option too, take a few with ya every day, they'd keep fine in your locker. thats the only addition i can come up with.

tuna is easy, get some mustard from lunchline and some pepper and you got yoru self tuna in a can. your friends will think you are hardcore, and they don't then drain the tuna in their backpack.
