help...stuck mid cycle

help...not sure where to post i am definitely a newbie...i was put on the spot to start a cycle with my buddy's left over stock...long story...he gave me the below list and some instructions for the first 6 weeks and now im stuck ...dumb!!!

wk 1 - 6 250 sus once a week
20 mg anavar daily
nothing else

here is what i have left and what im proposing

wk 6-12 250 sus twice a week
50 mg winstrol daily
nolva not sure amounts
liver 52 not sure amounts
hcg not sure amounts

pct clomid not sure amounts

i know i know i know not a smart move to start without knowing but there were a bunch of lies that i took as truth and now im just trying to be as safe and maximize the cycle where i can...

i have definitely learned my lesson hopefully not the hard way....please hlep

First Id up ur Sust to 400-500mg a week. That's pretty much a trt dosage...unless you're making gains of course.
Liv.52 Is taken 1-2 caps 2-3 times daily with meals from my understanding.
20mg of Nolvadex should be enough...arimidex is a better option as it actually inhibits the aromatising enzymes instead of just blocking the receptor like Nolvadex.
You can run hcg 500ius 2 x a week through cycle but I'd recommend leaving it for pct and running 500ius 3-4 times a week for 3-4 weeks.
Whoever wrote you that protocol doesn't sound educated and I'd recommend researching alot more. Stay safe

Definitely agree with upping sustanon to 500mgs per week. 2 X 250. Drop the winny, 12 weeks of orals is a long stint on the body. HCG in my experience is better on cycle to prevent testicular atrophy. 2 X 500iu weeks 8-12 will be enough to kick start the little fellas before pct. Making recovery a little easier. Hold back on the nolvadex, u may not experience any gyno issues. If u do start to get itchy nips 40mg ed for 1 week, followed by 20mg will do the job for you.
PCT will start week 15 through to week 19. Clomid @ 100/50/50/50. Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20. Doses are mg per day for the 4 weeks.
