I was reading somewhere that you are supposed to inject 1 CC or 2CC of air into a 10cc bottle before use to make the gear easier to pull out. I just wanted to make sure that this wouldnt contaminate it any way. This is the first time I'm doing it and I just wanna make sure. Thanks guys

Standard medical procedure. Inject the amount of air into a right side up vial before drawing the medication. Insert the needle into the vial but don't stick it into the solution just yet...just into the vial. Inject the air into the vial to create presure. The reason not to inject the air into the solution is to prevent bubbles. Not a terribly big deal, but bubbles in the liquid can alter the dose so it's recomended to inject the air above the solution in the vial. Make sure your needle is completely sterile and you are safe.
