HELP! Questions about Deca

Hi guys. Im new around here. I plan on getting some Ttokyo Deca soon. I was wondering if you guys can give me some advice on shooting schedules, quantities to take, and if I should stack it with some sort of test.

I am 6 ft. 200 lbs. I am fairly lean and have been lifting for at least 7 years. Due to my work schedule, I have had to adjust my workouts. I currently train like this:

Mon- Chest and 25 min of cardio
Tues- Back and abs
Wed- Shoulders and 25 Min cardio
Thurs- off
Fri- Arms
Sat-30 Min of cardio and abs.
Sun- off

I know its not the ideal schedule or split, but Ihave to deal with the time constraints.

I would like to put on some size, while remaining lean. I am not stupid and I dont expect any 8-10 week cycle to work miracles, but I would still like to make some advances from where I am today.
Please let me know how to correctly do this under the parameters I have discussed.

Welcome to the board....I would try to use the search engine because there have been many posts on Deca only cycles. I personally wound not do a deca only cycle. Try using 300mg a week of deca and 500mg a week of Test and you will see some great gains and strength increases. Also don't forget your Clomid for post cycle! Might want to keep some Nolvadex on hand as well just in case.

No offense but if you want to add some size, work your legs out. Do a search for "deca cycle" there are hundreds of posts pertaining to your question.

I can't comment on a routine that doesn't include legs. It goes against the laws of god and nature.
 
You guys are completely right about the legs thing. I really do plan to iclude legs into my workout. I have really painful knees and this pain has hampered my attempts to get on a consistent leg workout.. I see the errors of my ways, but not being able to walk to work in the morniong was getting to be problem. I have tried o use my cardio workouts to work my legs as much as posible.

My apologies to the"LEG" gods.:)

So about that cycle...:confused:
