HELP posting pics?

I'd like to post some pic's of some Cyp. I bought but don't see any way of inseryting them except using

Image: tag..... it sais you need an addre...if not can someone please expain how? THANKS

Upload them to your gallery and then use the URL from your galery link to post with IMG tags.
