Help!! Possible Gyno

I have a friend who is on his 4th week of 300mg of deca and 500 mg of cyp. He has a lump on the outside of his left nipple. He said that he gets lumps like this every once in a while and he squeezes them and puss comes out, but this one when he squeezes it, it just hurts worse.

Is this too early for gyno to start, since he is only starting his 4th week?
Should he stop his cycle all together, or he has winny to help block some of the deca and nolva for the test.
Would arimidex help? or is it too late?
Could he cut the dosages of test and deca and continue with his cycle?

Arimidex would have been good from the start, but nolvadex should be used now if he feels it is gyno... I think 40mg/day would be good until gyno symptoms subside...
In the future arimidex or liquidex would be a good choice when running any gear that can aromatize, it's the safe way to be...

Can he stay at his regular doses or should he cut them alittle?

Keep the doses the same... just get some Nolva.
