35 5'9 190. Been training seriously for 5 years. Have a couple of cycles under my belt. 6 months ago I got married and started working alot of overtime and let myself slip alot. I've lost a good amount of muscle and gained a good amount of fat.
I want to loose about 10 pounds and regain size/strength. Would like to run another cycle but need to want to stick to a routine and acheive SOME goals before jumping on (I am on TRT though 100mgs EW).
Was thinking of this routine? Is it too much? Opinions greatly appreciated.

WideGrip Incline 4x6-10
MediumGrip Flat 4x6-10
