Help Planning my bulking cycle nutrition

Hello all.

Currently the scale is at 195 at 6%bf, on a 6`2" frame.

My problem is that I CAN NOT add MASS, I went on some light cycle, and I ate around
6500 - 7000 calories a day and it did nothing.
Not even funny, it is disturbing.

Okay I do smoke, might fasten the metabolism, but I also have a FAST metabolism, if I look to my grand parents ( they looked like pins! ).

Anyone knows how I should separated the meals, I was thinking about 6 times a day
about a 1100 calories each, with addies of a super shake, but Im still wondering what should be in my super shake.

Please help me, really disturbing, I WANT MASSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:bawling:
 
Could also be your workout. Intensity and how much weight you lift can also be a factor.
 
Stop cardio (if you did it)
eat fat rich food
 
Did you actually measure out food and count calories?? Fat people have been found to underestimate their caloric intake by as much as 50% -- it seems possible for naturally thin people to do the opposite, as their brain would be receiving physiological signals encouraging them to eat less.

If your metabolism is truly that fast, add fat -- carbs will just make it faster.
