Help On This Diet

I am on a fina, winny and aratest cycle I am on week five adn have some dieting questions.....I am trying to lose body fat adn I am taking in about 2500-3000 calories a day about 25-200 grams of protein and about 100 carbs and about 100 grams of fat...my diet is:
Nitro Tech shake with oatmeal and soy milk 9am
tuna on whole wheat 12pm
turkey on whole wheat 2pm
myoplex MR with soy milk 4pm
Dinner..low carbs high protein, eggs, chicken some veggies 6/7pm
peanuts, or ff sf jello 9pm

Does that look good if I am trying to get cut or should I change anthing around......Also I just got Yohimburn hoping that will help me out a little bit.....any ideas
 
If I cut out the bread which is whole wheat I would only be taking in like 75 grams I only have two slices a day and you need carbs in your diet if you don't your workouts will suck and you be very very fautiuged....Anyone else
 
Drop the shakes and the bread. For shakes substitute whole foods. Eggs, chicken, tuna, salmon, beef, turkey...ect. For carbs you should go with more whole sources than wheat flour products. Though whole grain bread isn't all too bad there are still better options. Sweet potatos, brown rice, oats, lentils, barley all would be far better choices. Any bread is still a refined food product. You're also only eating five meals. You should upt this to at least 6-8 per day. Eat low GI carbs prior to your workout and high GI carbs imediately following your workout. The only time you should be utilizing whey protein is post training. At all other times you should be eating whole food.
