wiz in all seriousness, try cutting down the volume there. first off, like everyone else said, that's a lot of sets to hit before you get to the 80s. the second set on the 60s is unnecessary.
if you can hit the 60s for two sets of 10, start off with the 70s and try to hit 10. then move to the 75s for a set, then the 80s. then hit another one with the 60s for a burnout.
also i wouldn't do barbell press after you should db press. alternate one week you do db press, the next week you do bb press.
same thing with your lateral raises. either do them seated or standing, but not bothg. your medial head is already getting nailed by the upright rows.
are you directly training the rear delts?
